A: Yes, we offer curbside recycling. Please place accepted recyclable materials loosely in the designated bin—no plastic bags.
Q: Do you offer Bulk pickup?
A: Yes, we offer one free bulk item per month.
Q: What do I do if my trash wasn't picked up?
A: Please leave your bin out and call our office by 10 a.m. the following day. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Q: Can I manage my account online?
A: Yes! You can view your pickup schedule, pay bills, and update your contact information through your online customer portal.
Q: Are your drivers and equipment safe?
A: Absolutely. Our team is professionally trained, and our trucks are inspected regularly to ensure safe and reliable service.
